Chai-Spiced Cider

A cozy drink for chilly days: chai-spiced cider. Put a couple of cinnamon sticks, star anise pods, a few cloves and cardamom pods into a saucepan of cider; add maple syrup to sweeten. Let steep for half an hour or so, to let all the flavors really come out. Enjoy!
